Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the booking fee being retained.

• Future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

Booking fees may be transferred once if rescheduled outside of the 48-hour notice period.

Refund Policy

All services are bespoke and carried out following a full consultation and professional assessment. Due to the customised and technical nature of colour services, refunds are not offered as a standard policy.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, you must notify Jack Stillings | Colour Specialist | ED.03 in writing within 7 days of your appointment using the official contact form located on the website.

You must allow a reasonable opportunity to assess and, where appropriate, rectify the concern. Rectification must be accepted before any further action is taken. If a client declines the opportunity for assessment and rectification, no refund will be issued.

Rectification appointments must be attended and all professional aftercare advice followed.

If, following reasonable assessment and rectification, the concern cannot be resolved, a refund may be considered at sole discretion.

Jack Stillings | Colour Specialist | ED.03 reserves the right to refuse service, rectification or refund where there is evidence of misuse, failure to follow aftercare advice, or inappropriate, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time.

In some cases, rescheduling may be required and the cancellation policy may apply.

Booking Fees

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure appointments. This fee is deducted from your final bill.
